A family business with sound family values, the Company is owned and operated by David and Kerry Magill and we have a very personal approach to operating the company and to assisting you improve your lifestyle.

Leaders in design and build
David and Kerry operated the local franchise of a home building brand in Canterbury. In just 11 years they grew the business to become recognised throughout the South Island as a design and build leader. Not wanting to be a ‘volume’ builder, David and Kerry relinquished the franchise to focus on premium quality, individually designed homes.

Our business is built on the respect and loyalty of our clients which we achieve by holding true to the principles of quality, service and value.
