Welcome to our office to discuss your section, orientation, wants, needs, size of house and budget.
We then meet on your site to discuss your ideas, view position, location, boundaries and neighbouring properties to maximise best aspects of the section.
You’ll receive concept drawings consisting of site plan, floor plan, elevations and colour perspective for the home. We’ll give you indicative costs based on our discussions with you and your preferred components.
Drawings and price plans are then finalized and we’ll present you with a fixed price contract with full addendum of specifications.
Now its time to draw up and sign your contract. This is when all of our discussions come to fruition and we can start bringing your ideal home to life.
The work commences with working drawings, which are then submitted for building consents.
Once the consent is issued, construction begins and your project is carefully managed to completion and handover with your Code of Compliance issued.
Through the whole process we review and update you on progress. Upon completion, you receive the keys and are able to experience the difference of a David Magill home.
