You’ll receive conceptual drawings consisting of site plan, floor plan, elevations and colour perspective of home. We’ll give you an indicative cost for your house and landscaping (retaining or driveway) where required. This will be based on our discussions with you of your preferred components or our standard specification.

Drawings and price plans are then finalised and we’ll present you with a fixed price contract with full addendum of specifications.

Now it’s time to draw up and sign your contract.

The work commences with working drawings which are then submitted for building consents.

Through the whole process we review and update you on progress.

Welcome to our office to discuss your section, orientation, wants, needs, size of house and budget.

We then meet on your site to discuss your ideas, view position, location, boundaries and neighbouring properties to maximize best aspects of the section.

Once the consent is issued, construction begins and your project is carefully managed to completion and handover with your Code of Compliance issued.
